The Tradition
Our menu celebrates the authentic flavors of the Tuscan tradition, with particular attention to the choice of raw materials. Those who come to eat with us will have the opportunity to begin their culinary journey with a tasting of our cured meats, including finocchiona, raw ham, salami, lard... all accompanied by a selection of spiced pecorino cheeses, from the freshest to more seasoned.
You can't miss the wood-fired Tuscan porchetta, the crunchy bread croutons with liver pâté and the delicious fried coccoli.
Flavors, Atmosphere, Excellence
Immersed in a relaxing atmosphere, with soft lights, our culinary journey continues with the classic Tuscan soups, such as ribollita and tomato soup but also with the tasty pici cacio e pepe, Mugello potato tortelli and seasoned Chianina ravioli with bi ragùor seasonal sauces.
With pride we reach the heart of our cuisine, where the undisputed protagonist is the "Flesh". We offer steaks of Chianina or Fassona steak, sliced with seasonal side dishes, fillets among which the Chianti one stands out, our flagship, and Chianina hamburgers, with different combinations every day. We conclude on a high note with "Her Majesty the Florentine", prepared both in the classic grilled version and in a special breaded and fried version.
